You know your way around, and if you don’t, you’re capable of developing a contact strategy. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind Catalyst Thinkers, and I’ll work closely with highly motivated people.

Interaction

Immediate and direct interaction with customers is the cornerstone of the role. You’ll be the one to research and develop potential clients to build projects with them.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Ideation

You’ll be the mastermind behind our client attraction strategies. You’ll work closely with at least one partner.

Contact, Follow-up, Sell

You will contact, follow up on, and sell Catalyst services to the clients you attract.

Cross-sectional Understanding of CT

You’ll need to have a comprehensive understanding of the organization to present and sell it authentically.

Education and Internal Development

As a strategy protagonist, you will be responsible for sharing it, from day 0, and you will train new associates in Sales.

3 to 5 Hours per week

The estimated weekly working time is expected to be around 3 to 5 hours. Of course, starting in this position could be challenging in the start, but associates tend to improve on the way, and consequently save more time.

Self-management

We are students, and we must also think to our study duties. However, we believe the motivated talents can find the time to dedicate some time to really grow and stand out. You decide in what part of the day and of the week.

Strong Commitment

Despite we know that this could be challenging, we are a highly motivated group of people. Commitment is the minimum required standard for us, and we are ready to let those individual grow exponentially.
