Fresh Thinker: They participate in various projects and are trained where needs arise. They participate in all the activities organized by the association except the most exclusive ones. This role lasts a maximum of 2 working months and may include a confirmation or promotion.

Associate: They participate in various projects (internal and external). They are responsible for a variety of activities including customer relations, marketing, and development of Catalyst Thinkers. They participate in all the events organized by the association.

Manager: They manage a variety of projects. They can be included in the most important projects for the association and are often in direct contact with customers and companies. They design research and consulting projects with Partners and are responsible for developing them.

Partner: They are the face and the engine of the association. They manage the assignment of projects, liaise with partner companies, customers and third parties of great importance. They organize association events and often interface with the world outside the association.
