Assessment Tips
Undefined Complexity
The assessment will be your first real step towards our reality. In the test there will be questions regarding different themes and, of course, it will be challenging!
The test will estimate your quantitative and qualitative reasonment capacity. It is a fast-paced test, so you must be able to stay calm and concetrated for the whole time given in order to do your best.
We hope this will be the start of a wonderful adventure, but in order to do this we must ensure that every catalyzer is aligned with our values. Cheating is not a responsible way to conduct challenges, and this would be put in account.

| Test Part | Part’s Questions | Marginal Question’s Points | Part’s Points |
| Quantitative | 4 | 1.75 | 7 |
| Logic | 6 | 1.67 | 10 |
| Behavioural | 8 | 1.25 | 10 |
| Bonus | 1 | 4.00 | 4 |
| Total | 19 | 1.63 | 31 |
The Quantitative Part will test you on a mix of statistical and logical questions. Be sure to be prepared regarding basic probabilities computations and to be a fast-solver.
The Logical Part does not require a specific preparation. It will test you regarding classical logic questions such as numerical series, fast-reasoning and logic visualization.
The Behavioural Part will test you on your attention to the detail when it comes to think about CT’s values. To succeed in this part, it won’t be enough to read the values, but it will be necessary to deeply understand them.
The Bonus Part in reality is a “Bonus Question”. There is no perfect response for this question. Use your imagination and divide the problem in small parts. A small case study will be proposed to you: to succeed, a mix of imagination, visualization and analysis will be needed. To obtain full points it will be necessary to explain your solution in details.
